Spoke with Derek last week and he related that the truck is fully integrated and is functioning at/near 100%, to include ALL radios, cameras, communications and network systems and audio/video systems.

The vehicle was used for Pres. Obama's visit last week and was slated to be used later that same day for a Romney/Ryan stop as well. The EMS communications support has been a big key in the success of the launch of the vehicle with several critical calls getting routed through the vehicle for medical emergencies during events like the Obama visit.

It was the communications hub for their annual downtown river festival a few weeks back also. The reception of the vehicle in Richmond has been positive, according to Derek and as evidenced in the link above.
