Command Vehicle

The command vehicle modular bodies will be completely insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam for an insulation factor of not less than R-14. All gaps and penetrations will be sealed using a 50 year sealant. The doors of our vehicles are manufactured of 0.125 inch aluminum extrusions and 0.125 inch aluminum plate continuously welded. Personnel entry doors will be insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam. The roof of our broadcast vehicle will be manufactured in 0.125 inch 3003-T6 aluminum tread plate, continuously welded to roof perimeter extrusions and capable of supporting the weight of personnel, equipment, camera tripods, cable, etc. We have 20 +years average employee experience designing and building vehicle structures.

Communications Vehicle

The outer skin of our command communications body is a 0.125 inch aluminum sheet for maximum strength and resistance to damage from normal use. The 0.125 inch outer skin is bonded to the welded structural frame using a method of attachment, which yields a clean exterior surface. NO rivets are utilized to attach the outer skin of the command communications trailer to the structural frame. The structural frame is reinforced where necessary by welding in aluminum plates, tubes and sections. All door frames are welded into the structural frame of the command communications trailer.

Storage Compartments

The outer skin of our command communications body is a 0.125 inch aluminum sheet for maximum strength and resistance to damage from normal use. The 0.125 inch outer skin is bonded to the welded structural frame using a method of attachment, which yields a clean exterior surface. NO rivets are utilized to attach the outer skin of the command communications trailer to the structural frame. The structural frame is reinforced where necessary by welding in aluminum plates, tubes and sections. All door frames are welded into the structural frame of the command communications trailer.

Communications Vehicle Body

The communications vehicle bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength and will be completely insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam for an insulation factor of not less than R-14. The interior wall lining of the communications vehicle is usually comprised of one half inch plywood lining with 26 oz. carpet applied as a finish to the walls and ceiling. Other finishes for the communications vehicle can be utilized to meet customer requirements and where a high degree of sound insulation is required.

Disaster Recovery Vehicle

The bodies of our disaster recovery vehicle are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. The frame of our disaster recovery vehicle bodies are manufactured using aluminum tube sections except for the floor section which are beams. All structural tubing on these disaster recovery vehicle bodies are welded together utilizing aluminum extrusions at the roofline and the corners. As aluminum extrusion adds great strength and durability. The outer skin for the body is a 0.125 inch aluminum sheet for maximum strength and resistance to damage from normal use.

EOD Bomb Vehicle

As with designing and building these EOD bomb truck structures we have 20 years average employee experience. The bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. The EOD bomb truck body will be completely insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam for an insulation factor of not less than R-14. All gaps and penetrations will be sealed using a 50 year sealant. The doors of our EOD bomb truck are manufactured of 0.125 inch aluminum extrusions and 0.125 inch aluminum plate continuously welded. Personnel entry doors will be insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam on our EOD bomb truck.

Fire Command Center

Our fire command center vehicle modular bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. The outer skin of our fire command center vehicle bodies are a 0.125 inch aluminum sheet for maximum strength and resistance to damage from normal use. The 0.125 inch outer skin is bonded to the welded structural frame using a method of attachment, which yields a clean exterior surface. The fire command center vehicle exterior paint has a two part PPG global system urethane paint with a standard color of white. Custom colors and designs for our fire command center vehicle are also available.

Incident Command Unit

The bodies of our incident command unit modular bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. The frame of the body is manufactured using aluminum tube sections except for the floor section which are beams. All structural tubing on these incident command unit bodies are welded together utilizing aluminum extrusions at the roofline and the corners. The aluminum extrusions add great strength and durability. Custom designs are available.

Modular Bodies

The bodies of our mobile command vehicle modular bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. The frame of the body is manufactured using aluminum tube sections except for the floor section which are beams. All structural tubing on these mobile command vehicle bodies are welded together utilizing aluminum extrusions at the roofline and the corners. The aluminum extrusions add great strength and durability. Custom designs are available. We have 19 years average employee experience designing and building these mobile command vehicle structures.

The doors of our police response truck are custom made to the customer's requirements. The doors incorporate automotive quality door closers and anti bust locks. Door hinges are stainless steel piano hinges with vinyl covers. Double seals are installed on the police response truck doors. SWAT Vehicle

The SWAT vehicle doors are manufactured of 0.125 inch aluminum extrusions and 0.125 inch aluminum plate continuously welded. Personnel entry doors will be insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam. SWAT vehicle bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. All structural tubing on these SWAT vehicle bodies are welded together utilizing aluminum extrusions at the roofline and the corners. The aluminum extrusions add great strength and durability. Custom colors and designs are available for our SWAT vehicle.
