John Baker's entrepreneurial journey began humbly at his dining room table, where he laid the foundation for MBF. He initially outsourced manufacturing to another company, where Jim Saboff was a partner. The two visionaries established their own production facility in 2004, setting the company on a path to success at its current location.
After a remarkable career, John Baker chose to step back from daily operations in 2025, leaving a legacy of innovation and leadership. With extensive experience as the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing for a Fortune 500 subsidiary and as the founder of several other companies, John brought exceptional expertise to MBF.
On a personal note, John and his wife Mary have been married for an incredible 52 years. Together, they've raised three sons who have inherited their father's entrepreneurial spirit, each running their own successful businesses—a testament to the inspiring values instilled by the Bakers."
