Hi Jim,

I apologize for not writing sooner but IÔÇÖve been out on Vacation. First, I would like to thank you and all at MBF for getting the Vehicle together and sent up in record time to meet our deadline. It is true that initially we were a bit disappointed when we had a few problems, but had this gone the slow route and you werenÔÇÖt rushed I feel confident this would not have occurred. I would like to thank Franz for putting up with me for those few days and to Jake for coming up and assisting Franz and RIEMA in getting the problems worked out. It would have been so much better if we had all our ÔÇ£ServicesÔÇØ up and running to be sure everything was working correctly and as of today I still am waiting for Service on some things. This is just the way things go when it comes to State purchasing. We should be fully up and running by next Monday.

I would also like to thank you and John for your commitment to the client in making things right. This was clearly evident when you kept Franz here for the extra days and when Jake was sent up to assist. It was a hectic time and I donÔÇÖt believe you saw us at our best either. These things have a way of working out and so far we are very pleased with the product. If possible, Franz had promised a ÔÇ£ManuelÔÇØ of sorts for the vehicle so if he could get that weÔÇÖd appreciate that very much. Also, there were some wiring changes made and that is not reflected in the wiring diagram we have since the changes were made here. It was wiring on the Cisco equipment with the Verizon and Satellite configurations. We could use that if possible. If Franz does not remember, we can take a photo and forward that as a reference.

Im sure once we get our services up well probably call for some assistance but I just felt compelled to write a brief note of thanks to you and MBF for a job well done. BTW.Sixth gear is a real issue for me, can Jake help me with that??

Very Respectfully,

Marc R. Pappas
