The broadcast vehicle body will be completely insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam for an insulation factor of not less than R-14. All gaps and penetrations will be sealed using a 50 year sealant. The doors of our broadcast vehicle are manufactured of 0.0125 inch aluminum extrusions and 0.125 inch aluminum plate continuously welded. Personnel entry doors will be insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam. The roof of our broadcast vehicle will be manufactured in .0125 inch 3003-T6 aluminum tread plate, continuously welded to roof perimeter extrusions and capable of supporting the weight of personnel, equipment, camera tripods, cable, etc. We have 17 years average employee experience designing and building these broadcast vehicle structures.
