The doors of our SWAT vehicle are manufactured of 0.0125 inch aluminum extrusions and 0.125 inch aluminum plate continuously welded. Personnel entry doors will be insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam. SWAT vehicle bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. All structural tubing on these SWAT vehicle bodies are welded together utilizing aluminum extrusions at the roofline and the corners. The aluminum extrusions add great strength and durability. Custom colors and designs are available for our SWAT vehicle.
