As with designing and building these EOD bomb truck structures we have 17 years average employee experience. The bodies are manufactured utilizing an all aluminum aircraft grade 5052-T6 alloy construction to insure long-term durability, corrosion resistance and strength. The EOD bomb truck body will be completely insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam for an insulation factor of not less than R-14. All gaps and penetrations will be sealed using a 50 year sealant. The doors of our EOD bomb truck are manufactured of 0.0125 inch aluminum extrusions and 0.125 inch aluminum plate continuously welded. Personnel entry doors will be insulated with a minimum of two inch sprayed urethane foam on our EOD bomb truck.
